Storyline:
Seven-year-old Lyla and her close-knit family address everyday problems together in the big city.
About Lyla in the Loop TV Series:
Lyla in the Loop is a children’s animated comedy television series directed by Huy Tranand and created by Dave Peth for PBS Kids. Produced by Mighty Picnic and Pipeline Studios, Liyou Abere, Izzy Woodbury, Isaac Ng, Eden Cupid, Morrissa Nicole, and Shechinah Mpumlwana.
In October 2020, the series got the green light with the working title of Liza Loops as part of a $24 million grant from the U.S. Department of Education. Then, on January 16, 2023, during the Television Critics Association Press Tour, PBS Kids revealed that they would start producing the series under the new title Lyla in the Loop.
Lyla in the Loop premiered on PBS Kids on February 5, 2024.
