Storyline:
‘Chiso Ashtray’ is a postmodern drama about an innocent village guy who freshly arrived in the capital city. His transformation from villager to urban man becomes increasingly difficult because trying to be modern takes him away from who he truly is. In the end, he finds his own modernity and his place in the city.

It stars Shristi Shrestha, Robin Tamang, Divya Dev, Nikun Shrestha, Nabin Lamsal, and Sushil Raj Pandey. The film is based on Bhupi Sherchan’s poem “Chiso Ashtray”. The film was released on 18 March 2022.
