Storyline:
The film follows a teenage Sophie as she convinces JJ to chaperone her school trip where they both end up as pawns in an international terrorist plot targeting CIA Chief, David Kim and his son, Collin – who is Sophie’s best friend.

My Spy: The Eternal City is an American action comedy film directed by Peter Segal, who co-wrote it with Jon Hoeber and Erich Hoeber. It is the sequel to the 2020 film My Spy with Dave Bautista, Chloe Coleman, Kristen Schaal, and Ken Jeong reprising their roles from the previous film. Anna Faris, Craig Robinson, and Flula Borg join the new cast.
Amazon Studios and STXfilms began exploring a sequel after the success of the 2020 film My Spy. The film was confirmed in February 2023, with Peter Segal returning to directing.
Production of the film began in February 2023 and concluded in May 2023 in Venice.
