Storyline:
Holly and Eric were set up on a blind date by their married friends Peter and Allison, but it didn’t go well. After Peter and Allison are killed in an accident, Holly and Eric learn that they have been named as the guardian of their late friends’ infant daughter Sophie, so they move into their house and try their best to honor their friends’ wishes. But raising a child cramps their style–and they still don’t exactly get along.

Life as We Know It is an American romantic comedy-drama film directed by Greg Berlanti, starring Katherine Heigl and Josh Duhamel.
Filming took place on location, in a house in the wealthy Buckhead area of Atlanta. Holly Berenson’s bakery was depicted at Belly General Store in Virginia-Highland, a century-old bungalow-style neighborhood with several small-scale historic retail clusters, a few miles northeast of Downtown Atlanta. Scenes from Eric’s workplace were filmed at Turner Broadcasting System (TBS) off Techwood Drive in Atlanta. Filming also took place at Philips Arena.
It was released on October 8, 2010, after sneak previews in 811 theaters on October 2, 2010. Despite having been a critical failure, Life as We Know It had a successful run at the box office, bringing in $53.4 million in the United States and over $105 million worldwide against a $38 million budget.
