Storyline:
A series of killings in the fields of tall grasses in an abandoned subdivision sends PO2 Bong and PInsp Roman in an investigation of the paranormal. Bong is forced to reassess his belief on avenging ghost killers when he encounters a group of friends, led by Joyce, conducting a spirit quest in the tall grasses, or so they say. They turn out to be the children of a group of parents who once banded together to kill a hired assassin they tracked and caught. Discovering the crime committed by their parents, Joyce and her friends are now trying to exhume the remains of the killer thinking this would stop the cycle of violence. A mysterious character in Stephen, caught loitering in the tall grasses, complicates the police investigation, as he becomes the key to the origin story of the ghost killer.
