Storyline:
The story follows Galang, a young farm worker, who falls deeply in love with Resti, a woman from a wealthy family. However, their love faces harsh opposition from Resti’s parents, who forbid Galang from pursuing their daughter. Heartbroken, Galang seeks solace on Mount Srandil, where he finds a path to immense wealth—but with a dark cost. To maintain his newfound prosperity, he must perform regular sacrifices.
One day, Dasmi, Resti’s mother-in-law, uncovers the secret of the sacrificial rituals and the location tied to Galang’s dark dealings. Galang, in turn, discovers a hidden offering room in his in-laws’ home, intensifying his determination to save Resti. Together, Galang and Dasmi embark on a perilous journey to Segoro Sewu to perform a sacrificial exchange ritual, hoping to break free from the curse.
Upon reaching Segoro Sewu, events take an unexpected turn as the ritual requires a forbidden act—a condition that challenges their morality and tests the boundaries of their desperation.
