Honey Don’t! is an American crime comedy film in which Margaret Qualley will appear as Honey O’Donahue, an undercover investigator. Aubrey Plaza, Chris Evans, Charlie Day, and Billy Eichner also feature among the lead casts.

The film is directed by Ethan Coen, who has made a name directing alongside his brother Joel on films such as Fargo (1996), Where Art Thou? (2000), No Country for Old Men (2007), Inside Llewyn Davis (2013), and more acclaimed movies. The film is written by Coen alongside Tricia Cooke, who together co-produce the film alongside Robert Graf and Working Title Films’ Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner.

In January 2024, it was announced that Margaret Qualley, Aubrey Plaza, and Chris Evans were set to star in the film. Principal photography began in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on March 25, 2024, and was wrapped on May 25.

The production employed over 600 local residents, including 150 crew members, 15 principal actors, and 450 background performers.

This film is the second of Coen and Cooke’s planned “lesbian B-movie trilogy,” following 2024 movie Drive-Away Dolls. Margaret Qualley, who starred in both, playfully stated, “Let the record show that if I’m not in [the third film], I will be offended and I will be upset.”
