Ranbir Kapoor & Alia Bhatt’s Dream Home Is Ready – Moving In Soon with Baby Raha and Neetu Kapoor!

Bollywood’s beloved couple, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s ₹250 crore Krishna Raj Bungalow, located in Mumbai’s prestigious Pali Hill, is finally ready for them to move in and has been dedicated to their daughter, Raha Kapoor. This six-storey opulent home, named in honor of Ranbir’s late grandmother, Krishna Raj Kapoor, combines contemporary luxury with heartfelt family heritage.
The house boasts large interiors fusing heritage with modern luxury, with rooftop gardens, vine-covered balconies, and landscaped terraces with potted plants on every floor. The design gets its inspiration from the individual input of Ranbir, Alia, and Neetu Kapoor, as the three closely collaborated with architects and designers to have the house portray their idea of modern sophistication fused with emotional value.
Despite the grandeur, social media users have noted the absence of a front gate, sparking light-hearted comments about the expenditure on the property. The couple is expected to conduct a traditional grah pravesh (housewarming) ceremony at an auspicious time before moving in, with reports suggesting they might celebrate Diwali in their new home.
The bungalow, reportedly costlier than Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic Mannat, stands as a tribute to the Kapoor family’s cinematic heritage and marks a new chapter for Ranbir and Alia, who are also preparing for upcoming film projects, including Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War and Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana.
