About Movie:

A Serbian Film (Serbian: Српски филм/Srpski film) is a 2010 Serbian exploitation horror film directed by Srđan Spasojević in his feature debut, with a screenplay co-written with Aleksandar Radivojević. It stars Srđan Todorović, Sergej Trifunović, and Jelena Gavrilović.

Released uncensored in Serbian theaters on September 24, 2010, the film garnered significant controversy for its explicit violence and sexual content. It has been banned in several countries, including the Philippines, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Norway, and faced temporary bans in Brazil. In the UK, it required cuts to be released, and despite being shortened by 6 minutes, it initially received an NC-17 rating in the US. It was later released uncut by Unearthed Films. A Serbian Film is often cited as one of the most disturbing films ever made.
