Allu Arjun Starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule is Postponed

Allu Arjun’s highly anticipated film “Pushpa 2: The Rule” has been postponed from its original release date of August 15, 2024, to December 6, 2024. It is the second installment in the Pushpa film series and the sequel to Pushpa: The Rise.

The decision was made due to the remaining shoot and subsequent post-production work, which the production house, Mythri Movie Makers, wants to complete to ensure the best possible quality for the audience.

The makers also shared a statement to reveal the reason behind postponing the release date. They wrote,

Our responsibility to deliver excellence has increased significantly. We have been tirelessly working to complete the movie and release it on time. However, due to the remaining shoot and subsequent post-production work, we will not be releasing the film on August 15th, 2024. This decision is made in the best interests of the film, the audience, and all stakeholders. Our goal is to provide a memorable experience on the big screen without compromising quality.

The film is directed and written by Sukumar and stars an ensemble cast of Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Dhananjaya, Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Rao Ramesh, Ajay, Sunil, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Shanmukh and Ajay Ghosh who are all reprising their roles from the previous film.
