Storyline:

Set in northern Kerala, in 1900’s, 1950’s and 1990’s three generations of heroes, Maniyan, Kunjikelu, and Ajayan, tries to protect the most important treasure of the land. In the film, Tovino Thomas portrays all three protagonist characters, each representing different generations from the same lineage.

Ajayante Randam Moshanam (also known as A. R. M) is a Malayalam action-adventure drama film directed by Jithin Lal and written by Sujith Nambiar. The film features Tovino Thomas in triple roles, alongside Krithi Shetty, Aishwarya Rajesh, Surabhi Lakshmi, Basil Joseph, Jagadish, Kabir Duhan Singh, and Pramod Shetty. Notably, this marks Tovino’s 50th film as an actor.

Produced by Zachariah Thomas under the banner of UGM Entertainment, the film’s music is composed by Dhibu Ninan Thomas.

On January 1, 2020, coinciding with the occasion of New Year’s Day, Tovino Thomas officially announced via his social media that he would collaborate with director Jithin Lal for a film titled Ajayante Randam Moshanam. The film was initially shot in 2D and later converted to 3D format. It was made on a budget of ₹30 crore, which included the costs for prints and publicity.

ARM was theatrically released on September 12, 2024. The UK release was cut, and the distributor chose to remove a scene of violence in order to obtain a 12A classification. An uncut 15 classification was available.

In an interview, the director Jithin Lal revealed that the makers are planning to expand the universe of ARM and the script writer Sujith Nambiar developed a concept of nine spin-off films.
