Storyline:
Amy has a seemingly perfect life – a great marriage, over-achieving kids, a beautiful home and a career. However, she’s overworked, over-committed and exhausted to the point that she’s about to snap. Fed up, she joins forces with two other over-stressed moms on a quest to liberate themselves from conventional responsibilities – going on a wild, un-mom-like binge of long overdue freedom, fun and self-indulgence – putting them on a collision course with PTA Queen Bee Gwendolyn and her clique of devoted perfect moms.

Bad Moms is an American comedy film directed and written by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore. The film features an ensemble cast, including Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, Kathryn Hahn, Jay Hernandez, Annie Mumolo, Jada Pinkett Smith, and Christina Applegate.
Principal photography took place in New Orleans from January to March 2016. The film premiered in New York City on July 19, 2016, before its theatrical release on July 29, 2016, by STX Entertainment. Bad Moms received mixed reviews from critics but was a commercial success, grossing over $183 million worldwide and becoming STX Entertainment’s first film to surpass $100 million domestically.
The film’s success led to a sequel, A Bad Moms Christmas, released on November 1, 2017.
