Storyline:

The story revolves around Jayakrishna (Jaggesh), a devoted bodyguard assigned to protect Ammu (Daisy Shah), the daughter of a powerful don named Ashok (Gurudutt). Ammu, along with her friend Poorna (Spoorthi Suresh), tries to get rid of Jayakrishna by making anonymous calls to him, pretending to be his admirer. However, as the story progresses, Ammu unexpectedly falls in love with Jayakrishna.

Bodyguard is a Kannada romantic comedy action film directed by Isaiah, starring Jaggesh and Daisy Shah in the lead roles. The film is a remake of the 2010 Malayalam hit Bodyguard and is produced by Parimala Jaggesh, wife of actor Jaggesh, under their production company Gururaja Films.

The film features music composed by Vinayachandra and cinematography by Ashok V. Raman. Editing was handled by Enzo, Fill, and Jerry.

Bodyguard was released on November 4, 2011, and received generally negative reviews from critics. Despite being a remake of a successful Malayalam film, the Kannada version failed to impress audiences and critics alike.
