Storyline:
A single father and two women venture from the safety of their homes to face monstrous creatures to save the life of a young boy.
About Movie:
In October 2022, the post-apocalyptic action thriller Elevation was announced, with George Nolfi attached as director and a screenplay by Kenny Ryan and Jacob Roman. Anthony Mackie, Morena Baccarin, and Maddie Hasson were confirmed as the lead cast. In May 2024, Vertical acquired distribution rights.
Principal photography began in Colorado by November 2022 and concluded in late March 2023.
Elevation premiered in the United States on November 8, 2024. It opened alongside Heretic, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, Weekend in Taipei, and the wide release of Anora. The film earned $1.2 million during its opening weekend from 1,416 theaters, ranking 11th at the box office.
