Storyline:

Bikram and Bala are both orphaned by the 1971 war, and grow up as best friends and partners in crime. But one day a cabaret dancer named Nandita enters their world and both the boys fall for her, creating a rift that may never heal.

Gunday is a Hindi action thriller film that tells the story of two best friends and outlaws, Bikram and Bala, set against the backdrop of 1971-1988 Calcutta. The film, written and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Aditya Chopra, features a stellar cast including Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, and Irrfan Khan.

Gunday received mixed to positive reviews from critics upon its release on February 14, 2014. It was a commercial success, grossing ₹130 million at the box office and becoming the 10th highest-grossing Bollywood release of 2014. The film won Best Action at the 60th Filmfare Awards and was nominated for Best Choreography for the song “Tune Maari Entriyaan.
