The film stars Dhiraj Magar and Upasana Singh Thakuri in the lead roles alongside Maotse Gurung, Raj Thapa Kaucha, Bijay Sanyok Subba, Sujata Rai, Astitwa Bhattachan, Arun Magar and Raju Regmi Magar in supporting roles.

The majority of Khusma was filmed in the scenic locations of Rukum and Pokhara, Nepal.
