Storyline:
The film tells the life story of the world’s greatest opera singer, Maria Callas, during her final days in 1970s Paris.

Filming began in Budapest in October 2023, with additional locations including Paris, Greece, and Milan. Some scenes were also shot at the iconic La Scala opera house.
Maria premiered at the 81st Venice International Film Festival, where it was competing for the Golden Lion.
