Storyline:

The story revolves around Ramu (Sunil), who grows up unaware of his family’s violent past due to a feud between two families in Rayalaseema. After his mother passes away, Ramu learns about an ancestral property in his family’s village and decides to sell it to improve his life. Unbeknownst to him, he enters the territory of his family’s enemies, led by Ramineedu (Nagineedu). The film humorously explores themes of hospitality and vengeance as Ramu finds himself in a precarious situation where he must navigate the tensions between the rival families.

Maryada Ramanna is a Telugu action comedy-drama film co-written and directed by S. S. Rajamouli. The film stars Sunil, Saloni, and Nagineedu, and features music composed by M. M. Keeravani. It is based on the 1923 silent film Our Hospitality by Buster Keaton.

Released on July 23, 2010, Maryada Ramanna opened to favorable reviews from both critics and audiences. It grossed approximately ₹40 crore (around $8.75 million) at the box office, making it one of the highest-grossing Telugu films of 2010. The film received four Nandi Awards, including Best Popular Feature Film.
