Storyline:
A washed-up stuntman who can barely make ends meet, let alone take care of his beloved stunt horse, Red Hare. The man reluctantly seeks help from his estranged daughter and her lawyer boyfriend when notified that the horse may be auctioned off to cover his debts. Unexpectedly, the stuntman and the horse become overnight media sensations when their real-life fight with debt collectors goes viral. That earns the stuntman a second chance to choose between his movie career and his family.

About Ride On Movie:
Ride On (Chinese: 龙马精神) is a Chinese action drama film written and directed by Larry Yang, and stars Jackie Chan, Liu Haocun, and Guo Qilin. The film tells the story of an old-school stunt performer and his stunt horse
Principal photography for the film began on September 27, 2021, and ended on November 10, 2022. Filming took place in Hengdian World Studios, Dongyang and the Pegasus Watertown, Jiangyin.
Director Larry Yang is a fan of Jackie Chan and wrote the screenplay after watching a documentary about Kung Fu Stuntmen (龙虎武师). Firstly, Larry looked for Chan to check his screenplay but got declined and was asked to revise it in months. Yang took five days to have the revision completed and sent it to Chan once again where he accepted the filming invitation.
Ride On was released in the UK, USA, and China on April 7, 2023. The film was also released in Malaysia on April 13, 2023.
