Storyline:

The film stars Dulquer Salmaan in the lead role as a police officer, along with Diana Penty, Manoj K. Jayan, and others in supporting roles. Produced by Dulquer Salmaan under his banner, Wayfarer Films, the film features cinematography by Aslam K. Purayil, editing by A. Sreekar Prasad and music originally composed by Santhosh Narayanan before being replaced by Jakes Bejoy.

Originally scheduled for a theatrical release during Sankranti in January 2022, Salute was postponed due to the rise of Omicron cases in India and later opted for a direct-to-streaming release on SonyLIV.
