Skincare is an American crime thriller film directed by Austin Peters, who co-wrote it with Sam Freilich and Deering Regan. The film stars Elizabeth Banks, Lewis Pullman, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Luis Gerardo Méndez and Nathan Fillion.
Filming wrapped before the 2023 Writers Guild of America strike, and cast members were announced in June 2023.
The film marks Elizabeth Banks and Nathan Fillion’s first collaboration since Slither (2006).
Skincare was released in the United States on August 16, 2024, by IFC Films. IFC Films acquired the film’s distribution rights in June 2024.
