On May 20, 2024, director Eugien Jos Chirammel shared a photo with actor Shine Tom Chacko and other cast members on Instagram. The movie was earlier announced with the working title of PRODUCTION NO.08.
The film was officially launched with a pooja ceremony at Anchumana Temple in Kochi on October 27, 2024, when the first-look poster was also unveiled. Principal photography was completed on December 20, 2024, after shooting for two months.
