Storyline:

The film follows a struggling father who purchases a domestic SIM to help care for his house and family, unaware she will gain awareness and turn deadly.

Subservience is an American sci-fi thriller film directed by S.K. Dale and written by Will Honley and April Maguire. The film stars Megan Fox as an artificially intelligent being, alongside Michele Morrone, Madeline Zima, Matilda Firth, and Andrew Whipp.

In December 2022, it was announced that Megan Fox and Michele Morrone had joined the cast of Subservience. Principal photography began on January 7, 2023, at Nu Boyana Film Studios in Sofia, Bulgaria. Later that month, Madeline Zima and Andrew Whipp were also confirmed as part of the cast.

The film received a €1 million cash rebate from the Bulgarian National Film Center, covering 25% of its total budget.

Subservience was released in digital formats in the United States on September 13, 2024.
