Such a Close Traitor is an upcoming South Korean psychological crime thriller television series written by Han Ah-young, directed by Song Yeon-hwa, and starring Han Suk-kyu, Han Ye-ri, and Chae Won-bi.
Han Suk-kyu was reportedly cast for the lead role on November 16, 2023, and his casting was officially confirmed on December 5, 2023. This marked Han’s return to MBC after a hiatus of 29 years.
Such a Close Traitor is scheduled to premiere on MBC TV in the second half of 2024 and will air every Friday and Saturday.
