Thank You, Next Season 2 is a Turkish romantic drama series and its starring Serenay Sarıkaya, Hakan Kurtaş, and Metin Akdülger, Boran Kuzum, in the lead roles.
The renewal was confirmed shortly after the success of Season 1, with Netflix Turkey revealing the second season on May 20, 2024. The first season was a great success, showing up in the top 10 lists of over 80 countries and recording good viewership gains in its second week
Season 1 followed Leyla, a lawyer in Istanbul who recently broke up with a long-time boyfriend and was trying out the new dating app scene. Through loneliness and heartbreak, and combined with juggling her high-strung career and friendships, she was coming to learn towards the end of Season 1 that healing takes time and that she should be seeking herself, not a ideal partner.
Season 2 shifts from simply searching for someone new to Leyla developing a better understanding of herself and wondering if she can ever really move on or if her history will continue to control her current relationships.
