Storyline:
A teen and her friend see a neighbor arriving home with his date. Shortly thereafter, they hear the woman screaming and see what they believe is the woman being beaten. The teen becomes convinced that the neighbor is a dangerous killer. When no one believes her, she takes matters into her own hands.
