Storyline:
The narrative follows Shekhar, who accidentally causes the death of his associate Amar. To atone for his actions, Shekhar takes responsibility for Amar’s company and supports his family. In the process, he develops feelings for Amar’s fiancée, Pia. The story unfolds as Shekhar navigates his guilt and burgeoning love while trying to stabilize the company, Shah Industries, which is on the brink of collapse after Amar’s death. The film was later adapted into a Telugu version titled Ela Cheppanu in 2003, starring Tarun and Shriya Saran. In 2016, a sequel named Tum Bin 2 was released, featuring Neha Sharma, Aashim Gulati, and Aditya Seal.
