Storyline:

Turbo Jose, a jeep driver from Idukki gets in trouble and is forced to relocate to Chennai, where he gets entangled with Indhulekha and his best friend Jerry. However, a bunch of surprises in the form of Vetrivel Shanmugham and others await Jose in Chennai.

Turbo is a Malayalam action comedy film directed by Vysakh, written by Midhun Manuel Thomas, and produced by Mammootty under the banner of Mammootty Kampany. The film features Mammootty, Raj B Shetty, and Sunil as lead characters.

The music and background score was composed by Christo Xavier, while Vishnu Sarma and Shameer Muhammed handled the cinematography and editing.

Turbo was made on a budget of ₹70 crores. The film was officially announced on October 24, 2023, by Mammootty. The principal photography commenced in October 2023 in Coimbatore and wrapped up on February 18, 2024.

Turbo was released theatrically on 23 May 2024. The digital streaming and satellite rights of the film were bought by Sony LIV and Zee Keralam.
