Storyline:

Viruman leaves his house realizing that his father Muniyandi is the reason for his mother’s suicide. Hence, father and son are at odds over everything.

About Viruman Movie:

• The film was announced on September 6, 2021, via a promotional poster. Principal photography began on September 6, 2021, in Theni, India, and the entire shooting of the film was wrapped up on December 22, 2021.
• Originally, Aparna Balamurali was set to take on the female lead role. However, she was later replaced by Aditi Shankar, director S. Shankar’s daughter, making her acting debut.
• The first single titled “Kanja Poovu Kannala” was released on 25 May 2022.
• Viruman was released theatrically on August 12, 2022, and emerged as a commercial success at the box office.
• The streaming rights of the film have been acquired by Amazon Prime Video while the satellite rights of the film have been sold to Star Vijay. The film began streaming on Amazon Prime Video on September 11, 2022.
