12 Gaun (१२ गाउँ) is a Nepali action, drama, thriller film directed by Biraj Bhatta and written by Santosh Sarkar. It stars Biraj Bhatt, Samir Bhatt, and Sonu Chandrapal in the lead roles.

12 Gaun was released on October 10, 2024 (Nepali date: Ashoj 24). It was released along Jwai Saab, and Chhakka Panja 5. The film met with mixed response to negative response from critics while the performance of Samir Bhatt and background score were highly praised with positive feedback of audience. The film broke several records at the box office and grossed 10.05 crore in its first week nationwide, making it one of the biggest openings of 2024 in Nepal and grossed around रू25.1 crore (US$1.9 million) at the box office making it the highest grossing Nepali film of all time. The film provided stardom to Samir Bhatt and marked a huge comeback for Biraj Bhatt in Nepali film industry.
