Storyline:
Radio correspondent Karel arrives from the Middle East to Prague. He suspects that his girlfriend Marta is cheating on him with a young colleague from the newsroom. Shortly after arriving at his apartment, he discovers that a revolution has broken out in Kambur. Flights back are cancelled. His reporter’s duties force Karel into hoax reporting, simulating the turmoil of the Arab revolution with kitchen appliances. Gradually, however, he gets caught in his own trap, especially when, following high-profile stories, Czech Radio decides to send a support team to cover the story. He must decide whether to confess to the media hoax or fake his own kidnapping.
