Storyline:
Dismayed by corruption and violence, a virtuous police officer becomes a masked vigilante to deliver lethal justice to criminals and crooked cops alike.
About Movie:
The film was announced in December 2020. Principal photography began with a muhurat shot on May 20, 2022, in Bangalore. The majority of the film was shot in Hyderabad, the outskirts of Bangalore, Visakhapatnam, and Mysore, with key portions filmed in Goa in October 2022.
In January 2023, Sriimurali sustained a bone fracture and muscle tear in his knee while filming an action sequence, causing a temporary halt to shooting. Filming resumed in May 2023. Sriimurali was injured again in April 2024, but the film wrapped by July 2024.
The teaser trailer was released on December 17, 2023, for Sriimurali’s birthday, and the official trailer debuted on October 21, 2024.
The film was released on October 31, 2024, coinciding with Deepavali, in its original Kannada version and a Telugu-dubbed version, to positive reviews from critics. The release, initially set for mid-2023, was postponed for unspecified reasons. It is the highest grossing Kannada movies of 2024.
The digital rights of the film were sold to Netflix. The film began streaming on Netflix from 21 November 2024.
