Citadel: Honey Bunny is an upcoming Hindi web series starring Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu as the title characters alongside Kay Kay Menon, Simran Bagga, and Emma Canning.
This project marks the first collaboration between Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan. Samantha previously starred in Season 2 of Raj & DK’s Prime Video series The Family Man. At the same time, Kay Kay Menon played a crucial role in their series Farzi, also on Prime Video.
Citadel: Honey Bunny is a spin-off of the American television series Citadel (2023) on Amazon Prime Video. It was created by Raj & DK, who also wrote and directed the series alongside Sita Menon.
In December 2022, Anthony and Joe Russo announced an Indian spin-off of Citadel (2023). Filming began in January 2023 and took place in Serbia and India. The series wrapped on July 13, 2023.
Citadel: Honey Bunny is scheduled to be released on November 7, 2024.
