Vivamax

Vivamax is a subscription-based, video-on-demand streaming app that features blockbuster Pinoy and foreign movies, TV series, documentaries, concerts, stand-up comedies, fitness and workout shows, sports, and genre-bending exclusives that are all proudly Filipino-made.

The Vivamax app is currently available in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, the Middle East, and parts of Europe.We will announce updates to the Vivamax availability in other regions as soon as it is available.

The Vivamax app is available for download on the Google Play Store and Huawei App Gallery for Android and Apple App Store for iOS,
Here’s how to install it:
Step 1. Go to Google Play Store and Huawei App Gallery for Android and Apple App Store for iOS, and search for ‘Vivamax’
Step 2. Tap Install
Step 3. Wait for the installation to finish
Step 4. Once installation is complete, tap Open to launch the app.

How to sign up for a new Vivamax account via the app:
Step 1. Launch the Vivamax app by tapping the Vivamax icon on your phone
Step 2. Tap on “Sign up”
Step 3. Start creating your account by filling out the necessary information (name, mobile number, email address, and your password).
Step 4. Agree to the Vivamax Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy.
Step 5. Tap on “Continue”
Step 6. Once registration is completed, you will be automatically signed-in. Enjoy watching!

Yes. Vivamax requires a connection to the internet, with a minimum recommended speed of (600kbps) for our lowest bitrate. You may also watch offline if you save content (movie/series) to your Downloads list. You can watch your downloaded content within 24hrs after download.

The Vivamax app’s minimum system requirements are: – Android 8.0 Operating System, iOS version 13 or Higher – 4GB RAM Or Higher – Dual-Core Processor or Higher.

For the Php 149 plan, you can register the Vivamax app to a maximum of two (2) devices. You can now purchase Max plans that allow you to have more accounts and more devices on the Vivamax app. Visit https://web.vivamax.net/payment for a list of Max plans available in your region.

You can now cast Vivamax to your TV using Chromecast and AirPlay-compatible devices. How to cast from your mobile or tablet device to your Chromecast / Apple TV – Connect your mobile or tablet device to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast / Apple TV – On the Vivamax mobile or tablet app, select the content you want to cast – In the video player, select Cast or AirPlay – Select the name of your TV / compatible device which you’d like to cast to – When Cast or AirPlay changes color, you’re successfully connected To stop casting on your mobile or tablet device, select Cast > Stop Casting or AirPlay > Select your mobile or tablet device.

Your app may only work in the region in that you purchased your subscription. When using a VPN to access Vivamax, your region is hidden. If your app is not working or if you don’t see content that is available in your region, this may be due to a VPN being used.

To make sure your app is running smoothly, turn off your VPN or change the regional settings to reflect the region of your subscription. If you are unfamiliar with VPNs or don’t know if you’re on a VPN, check with your network administrator or internet service provider.

For Voucher Subscription:
If you purchased a voucher (via the Vivamax website or other retail partners) to activate your subscription, your subscription will automatically expire at the end of the subscription period.

For SKY Cable subscribers:
Go to https://vod.mysky.com.ph/, log in to your SKY account, and follow the instructions on how to cancel your Vivamax subscription.
In-App Subscriptions
If you subscribed through the Vivamax app, you can cancel your subscription anytime through the app store.
Note: You will be charged automatically on the next billing date not unless you cancel the subscription within the allowable cancellation time.

Unsubscribe on Android:
Open the Google Play app.
At the top right, tap the profile icon.
Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel subscription.

Unsubscribe on Apple iOS:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Vivamax.
Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.

Unsubscribe on Huawei OS:
Go to Settings, click HUAWEI ID and go to Account center > Payment and Purchases > Subscriptions/Password-free payments.
Alternatively you can follow these steps:
Open AppGallery.
Go to Me > Account center > Payment and purchases > Subscriptions/Password-free payments.
Tap the Vivamax app.
Tap CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. After the auto-renewal service is canceled, no fee will be incurred starting next month and related services will be stopped.
