Storyline:
Seo Dong Jae is a prosecutor at the Cheongju District Prosecutors’ Office with a bleak future due to his past corruption. While handling the murder case of a high school girl, he finds himself walking a dangerous tightrope between his duties as a prosecutor and his opportunistic instincts.

Dongjae, The Good Or The Bastard (Korean: 좋거나 나쁜 동재) is an upcoming South Korean crime thriller television series directed by Park Geon-ho and written by Hwang Ha-jung, and Kim Sang-won. The series stars Lee Joon Hyuk, Park Sung Woong, and Hyun Bong Sik in the lead roles.
It is a spin-off of the thriller series Stranger (2017), revolving around one of the series’ characters, a lawyer called Seo Dongjae.
Filming for the series began on November 9, 2023.
Dongjae, The Good Or The Bastard is expected to be released on TVING in 2024.
