Mayor of Kingstown Season 3 Trailer: Jeremy Renner Faces Off Against the Russian Mob

The highly anticipated third season of Paramount+’s Mayor of Kingstown is just around the corner, and fans are in for a thrilling ride. The official trailer for Season 3, which premiered on Paramount+, showcases Jeremy Renner’s return as Mike McLusky, who faces a new foe in the form of a Russian mob that has set up shop in Kingstown.

The trailer opens with a series of explosions rocking the city and its citizens, as a new face of the Russian mob takes control, and a drug war rages both inside and outside prison walls. The pressure is on Mike McLusky to end the war, but things get complicated when a familiar face from his incarcerated past threatens to undermine his attempts to maintain peace among all factions.

Renner’s return to acting comes 18 months after he suffered serious injuries in a snowplow accident at his Lake Tahoe property. Despite the extensive injuries, which included broken bones and a rebuilt rib cage, Renner’s undeterred energy shines through in the trailer.

Joining Renner in the cast are returning cast members Hugh Dillon, Taylor Handley, Emma Laird, Tobi Bamtefa, Derek Webster, Nishi Munshi, Hamish Allan-Headley, and Michael Beach. Mayor of Kingstown is co-created by Taylor Sheridan and co-star Dillon, and is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios, 101 Studios, and Bosque Ranch Productions exclusively for Paramount+.

Season 3 of Mayor of Kingstown will premiere on Sunday, June 2 in the U.S. and Canada, with international markets following the next day.
