Pushpa 2: The Rule Teaser Out: Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil, & Rashmika Mandanna starrer film teaser crossed 115 million views on YouTube

The highly anticipated sequel to the blockbuster hit ‘Pushpa: The Rise‘ has fans buzzing with excitement as the official teaser for “Pushpa 2: The Rule” was unveiled. The film’s teaser was released a year later on 8 April 2024, coinciding with Allu Arjun’s 42nd birthday. Within 138 hours, the teaser was viewed 110 million times and 1.55 million likes on YouTube. As of April 21, the teaser was viewed 115 million times on the main channel.

The action-packed trailer offers a glimpse into the intense world of the film, showcasing high-octane sequences, gripping drama, and the return of beloved characters. Fans of the original film are eagerly awaiting the release of this sequel, which promises to take the story to new heights of thrill and entertainment.

Action drama film directed and written by Sukumar under his Sukumar Writings banner and produced by Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar under their Mythri Movie Makers banner. The film stars Allu Arjun in the titular role, alongside Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Dhananjay, Rao Ramesh, Sunil and Anasuya Bharadwaj, who are all reprising their roles from the previous film.

Initially, 10% of the film’s footage was shot consecutively with the original production. However, Sukumar opted to revise the storyline, prompting principal photography to commence in October 2022. With a budget of ₹500 crore, the film ranks among the most costly Indian productions to date. Its release is slated for August 15, 2024, coinciding with India’s Independence Day.
