Storyline:
A series of bank robberies and car heists frightened communities in the Pacific Northwest. A lone FBI agent believes that the crimes were not the work of financially motivated criminals, but rather a group of dangerous domestic terrorists.

The Order is based on the 1989 non-fiction book The Silent Brotherhood by Kevin Flynn and Gary Gerhardt, which details the activities of the white supremacist group The Order, active in the United States during the 1980s.
Justin Kurzel directed the film, which starred Jude Law, Nicholas Hoult, Tye Sheridan, Jurnee Smollett, Odessa Young, and Marc Maron.
This marks the second collaboration between Justin Kurzel and Nicholas Hoult, their first being True History of the Kelly Gang (2019).
Filming began on May 8, 2023, in Alberta, Canada.
The Order premiered at the 81st Venice International Film Festival, where it competed for the Golden Lion. Amazon Prime Video will handle distribution in multiple international territories, excluding the United States. In May 2024, Vertical acquired the U.S. distribution rights and plans to release the film in a limited theatrical run on December 6, 2024.
