Storyline:

It tells the story of a Metropolitan Investigation Team Unit tracking an organization called Vigilante, which judges the wicked people who escaped the law which has become a social phenomenon.

About Vigilante TV Series:

Vigilante (Korean: 비질란테) is a 2023 South Korean action crime thriller television series directed by Choi Jeong-yeol and created by Moon Yoo-seok. The series stars Nam Joo-hyuk, Yoo Ji-tae, Lee Joon-hyuk, and Kim So-jin.

The series is based on the webcomic “Vigilante” written by CRG & illustrated by Kim Kyu-Sam, published April 27, 2018 – January 8, 2021, via Naver.

Nam Joo-hyuk was cast to play the lead role in the series in April 2022. Yoo Ji-tae gained 20kg of weight to realistically portray Jo Heon, the head of the metropolitan investigation team chasing Vigilante.

Vigilante premiered at the On Screen section of the 28th Busan International Film Festival on October 5, 2023, where three of eight episodes were screened. The series aired from November 8, 2023, to November 29, 2023, on Disney+ and Hulu.
