Kalki 2898 AD
Disha Patani will star in a highly anticipated dystopian mythological science-fiction movie Kalki 2898 AD alongside Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Deepika Padukone. It was shot primarily in Telugu with some scenes reshot in Hindi. Inspired by Hindu mythology, the film is set in a post-apocalyptic world in 2898 AD.
The film is directed by Nag Ashwin and was initially scheduled to release on 9 May 2024, but was postponed due to the ongoing 2024 Indian general election. It is now scheduled to be released worldwide on 27 June 2024 in theatres.
Kanguva
Disha Patani is set to star in the upcoming fantasy action film Kanguva making her debut in Tamil cinema. It also stars Suriya, Bobby Deol, Natarajan Subramaniam, Jagapathi Babu, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala, Anandaraj, Ravi Raghavendra, K. S. Ravikumar, and B. S. Avinash.
