Storyline:
Angot visits Strasbourg where her now-deceased father lived. In this city she first met him at 13 when the sexual abuse began, lasting for years. Angot knocks the doors of her family to clarify their attitudes to her father’s crime.

Une Famille (Also known as A Family) is a documentary film directed by Christine Angot in her directorial debut. It is an autobiographical documentary that questions the words within a family that was struck by incest.
It was selected in the Encounters at the 74th Berlin International Film Festival, where it had its world premiere on 18 February 2024. The film was also nominated for the Berlinale Documentary Film Award.
It was theatrically released in France on 20 March 2024.
