About Prathinidhi 2 Movie:
Prathinidhi 2 is an upcoming Telugu political thriller film written and directed by Murthy Devagupthapu. The film was produced by KumarRaza Bathula, Anjaneyulu Sri Thota and Kondakalla Rajender Reddy under the banners, Vanara Entertainments and Rana Arts. The film features Nara Rohith and Jisshu Sengupta in lead roles.
Prathinidhi 2 is a sequel to the 2014 film Prathinidhi.
On July 25, 2023, the creators of the movie unveiled a conceptual teaser.
Principal photography for the film commenced on August 28, 2023, and aimed to conclude production promptly in sync with the initial slated release date of January 25, 2024. The climax action sequence was filmed at a fruit market in Hyderabad. The film’s shooting was wrapped up between December 2023 and January 2024.
The teaser of the film was released on 29 March 2024, by Chiranjeevi. and the trailer of the film was released on 19 April 2024.
The film was initially planned for a theatrical premiere on 25 January 2024, aligning with Republic Day, but was later pushed back to 25 April 2024. However, the film has now been postponed indefinitely for reasons unknown.
