Takht

Takht is an upcoming Hindi historical, action drama film directed by Karan Johar and written by Sumit Roy and Hussain Haidry. The film stars Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor, and Anil Kapoor. The film’s music is composed by A.R. Rahman, while the cinematography is handled by Romil Modi, and editing is done by Hemanti Sarkar. When Karan Johar started Rocky Aur Ranu Ki Prem Kahaani it was speculated that this film was shelved. But Karan Johar stated that being a period film it requires at least two years to complete and will soon go on floors. The film was announced in 2019 to be released in 2021 but got delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In this film Vicky Kaushal plays Aurangzeb and Ranveer plays Dara, Aurangzeb’s elder brother. It’s the story about the enmity between brothers caused by the succession of the Throne.

Don 3: The Final Chapter

In August 2014, Farhan Akhtar planned a role in the film. In October 2015, Akhtar announced that Don 3 would start filming by late 2016, but the script was still in progress. It has also been reported that Katrina Kaif will replace Priyanka Chopra in the next installment. But the makers denied this, stating that the only constant in the third installment will be dependent on Don, the rest of the characters, and the script.
