Made in Korea (Korean: 메이드 인 코리아) is an upcoming South Korean historical drama television series directed by Woo Min-ho, starring Hyun Bin, Jung Woo-sung, and Jeon Yeo Been.
Certain media outlets have speculated that the series will serve as a spin-off of the 2018 film The Drug King. However, Hive Media Corp has refuted these claims, stating that “it is a completely different work.” Regarding the budget, initial reports suggested a cost of ₩48 billion (US$41.96 million), while MBC Entertainment estimated it at ₩70 billion (US$61.19 million). Nonetheless, the production company has denied these figures as well.
Made in Korea is expected to be released in 2024.
