About Singham Again Movie:
Singham Again (also known as Singham 3) is an upcoming Hindi-language action film starring Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff in lead roles while Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Tiger Shroff appear in cameo appearances.
Singham Again is a sequel to Singham (2011) and Singham Returns (2014) and serves as the third installment of the Singham franchise and the fifth installment in Shetty’s Cop Universe.
The film received its official announcement in September 2017 with the working title Singham 3, and the official title was revealed in December 2022.
In December 2022, after years of planning, Rohit Shetty finally began the pre-production of Singham Again, the third film for Singham.
Principal photography on the film began on September 2023 in Mumbai along with a schedule in Hyderabad, which was again followed up with another schedule at the former location.
Deepika Padukone who will portray a female cop in the film. Jackie Shroff reprises his antagonist role as Omar Hafeez from Sooryavanshi (2021). Ranveer Singh as Sangram Bhalerao and Akshay Kumar as Veer Sooryavanshi reprised their role in a cameo appearance from Simmba (2018) and Sooryavanshi (2021) respectively.
In April 2023, the release date was announced as 15 August 2024, exactly 10 years after Singham Returns.
Singham Again was originally scheduled for an theatrical release of 15 August 2024, but was postponed to a Diwali release.
