Sanish Shrestha Early Life and Education:

Sanish Shrestha was born on 14 June 1999 in Kathmandu, Nepal. He is a younger son of mother Jamuna Shrestha (Dhakal) and father Bijaya Shrestha. His childhood was spent at his birthplace. His family always supports him to do music. He says that his inspiration is a grandfather. His grandfather used to sing Bhajan helped him to get interested in the music industry.

Sanish finished his schooling (SLC) at Sypres Public High School, Kathmandu, and joined Sirjana College of Fine Arts but he did not continue his education due to personal issues.

Sanish Shrestha Career:

Sanish Shrestha’s musical journey began at a tender age of 8-9, driven by a deep-seated passion for singing and music. Unlike formal training, Sanish gleaned inspiration and knowledge from his grandfather, who regaled him with Bhajans and occasionally played musical instruments. This early exposure ignited Sanish’s interest in music and sparked a lifelong love for various musical endeavors, with his grandfather serving as his primary source of inspiration.

Despite his affinity for music, Sanish’s educational pursuits took precedence after completing his School Leaving Certificate (SLC). However, his passion for music remained undiminished. Yearning to delve deeper into his musical interests, Sanish enrolled at Srijana College of Fine Arts with the intention of studying music. Regrettably, his educational journey in music was cut short, but this setback did not deter him from pursuing his musical aspirations.

Instead of formal education, Sanish devoted himself to honing his musical skills at home, dedicating countless hours to practicing singing and experimenting with various musical genres and instruments. Throughout this journey, Sanish’s parents stood by him, offering unwavering support and encouragement, never once pressuring him to abandon his musical pursuits.

Sanish’s commitment to music, coupled with his grandfather’s profound influence and his family’s support, laid the foundation for his budding musical career, setting him on a path of self-discovery and artistic expression.

Sanish Shrestha Journey in The Voice of Nepal Season 2:

In 2019, Sanish Shrestha participated in The Voice of Nepal season 2, where he performed Lai Lai from Prasad Movie in the Blind Audition. Later, his blind audition was selected for The Voice Global and this performance helped to get more popularity and framed nationally and internationally.

He was selected as a top 4 finalist, unfortunately, he couldn’t win The Voice of Nepal title but he won all supporter’s and fans’ hearts.

According to Sanish Shrestha, he is in a relationship. He was dating for a long time.
