About Jurassic World 4 Movie:
Jurassic World 4 is an upcoming American science fiction action adventure film starring Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Rupert Friend, Mahershala Ali, Luna Blaise, and David Iacono. The film is directed by Gareth Edwards, written by David Koepp, and produced by Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley.
It will be the seventh installment overall in the Jurassic Park film series, following Jurassic World Dominion (2022).
Initially, David Leitch was attached to direct but turned it down because of creative differences between him and the studio so Gareth Edwards will now direct the film.
Jennifer Lawrence turned down the lead female role in the film, which ultimately went to Scarlett Johansson.
In late January 2024, Universal Pictures announced that a new Jurassic World film was in development. Principal photography began on June 13, 2024, in Thailand. Filming will last for a month and will take place at Khao Phanom Bencha National Park in Krabi, Ko Kradan at Hat Chao Mai National Park in Trang, and Ao Phang Nga National Park in Phang Nga.
Filming will also take place from July to September 2024, at the Malta Film Studios in Kalkara, Malta, before moving to London and Sky Studios Elstree in the United Kingdom. Filming is expected to wrap on October 18, 2024.
Jurassic World 4 is scheduled to be released in the United States on July 2, 2025. The film will be released 32 years after Jurassic Park (1993), 28 years after The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997), 24 years after Jurassic Park lll (2001), 10 years after Jurassic World (2015), 7 years after Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, and 3 years after Jurassic World Dominion (2022).
