Storyline:

When two men – DCP Harish Madhav (Suresh Gopi) a straightforward cop and Nishanth (Biju Menon) a college professor, get entangled in a crime, one has to fight for his integrity, while the other has to fight for justice.

Set in a web of mind games and conspiracy, both men have to outsmart each other. Who will emerge victorious?

Garudan is directed by Arun Varma in his directorial debut.

The film was officially announced in April 2023. Principal photography commenced in May 2023 in Kochi and wrapped up in August 2023. The music was composed by Jake Bejoy, while Ajay David Kachappilly and Sreejith Sarang handled the cinematography and editing.

Garudan was released in theatres on 3 November 2023 to positive reviews from critics and emerged as a commercial success, becoming the one of the highest-grossing Malayalam film of 2023.

Amazon Prime Video acquired the digital rights and began streaming it on 1 December 2023.
