Reality Movie (2023):
Reality is an upcoming American drama film directed by Tina Satter, who co-wrote the film with James Paul Dallas, adapted from the FBI interrogation transcript of American intelligence whistleblower Reality Winner, which Satter previously staged as the play Is This A Room.
The film stars Sydney Sweeney as Winner, with Marchánt Davis, Josh Hamilton, Benny Elledge, and John Way portraying supporting roles. Riva Marker, Noah Stahl, Brad Becker-Parton, and Greg Nobile serve as producers.
Principal photography began in May 2022, over the course of 16 days. The film premiered at the 2023 Berlin International Film Festival on February 18, 2023. Reality is scheduled to be released on May 29, 2023, by HBO Films.
