Storyline

A four-year-old Ram is left in a monastery by a person named Anand Mohan and is promised that Sita will come to take care of him. Ram is innocent and cute. He makes Ram promise that he too, will take care of Sita in return. However, after 20 years of waiting, when Sita finally meets Ram, she is far from good intentions towards Ram and is only after the 5000 crore estate. The plot revolves around the final fate of Ram and Sita in light of these discoveries.

About Sita Movie

- This film was inspired by a Hollywood film released in 1988 named as Rain Man with a box office 354.8 Million starring Dustin Hoffman, Tom Cruise, and Valeria Golino, and Directed by Barry Levinson.

- Then in 2019 it was remade in Tollywood and named as Sita. The film was dubbed and released in Tamil as It’s My Life, in Hindi as Sita Ram, and in Malayalam as Janaki Nayakan.

- In some parts of the movie, Sonu Sood’s beard is fake its because he had shaved it off. So he had to wear a fake one.
- Sita was theatrically released on 24 May 2019. The film received mixed reviews and was a double disaster at the box office. The film was dubbed and released in Hindi on the YouTube channel RKD studios with the title Sita Ram. As of September 2023, it has 613 Million+ views.
